Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION
As most of our products are custom-made (personalized), please take note of the production time:
- Production time: 1-5 business days from the moment full payment is received.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays), production times may be longer – we will inform you via a notice on the Site.
SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
We offer shipping via parcel terminals (Omniva, DPD) and couriers.
- Shipping Fees: We believe in fair shipping costs, therefore the exact fee is calculated automatically at Checkout, based on your selected shipping method, destination, and the weight/size of the shipment.
- The Buyer will see the final shipping cost before completing the payment.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME Once your order has been produced and shipped, the estimated delivery time is:
- Latvia: 1-3 business days.
- European Union: 5-10 business days.
ORDER TRACKING Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress on the carrier's website.
INCORRECT ADDRESS OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS Please double-check your shipping information. If a shipment is returned to the Seller due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package (storage period expired), the Buyer is responsible for the costs of re-shipping.
