RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
PERSONALIZED ITEMS In accordance with the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 255, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. This means that items with your custom text, photos, or specific engraving are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is received damaged or incorrect due to our error.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately (within 3 days) at: info@dainamax.lv. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include in your email:
- Your order number;
- Photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
If the damage occurred due to our error or during transit, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS If you have purchased a non-personalized item, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.
REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
