  • Delivery partners: For order delivery, we use well-known and reliable partners such as Venipak, Omniva and DPD, ensuring pickup at the parcel locker most convenient for you.
  • Delivery time: The average delivery time in Latvia is 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Fulfillment time: Remember that each Dainamax product is carefully handmade. Preparation of personalized gifts takes 1–3 business days. By prior arrangement and for larger volumes, the production time can be specified.
  • Tracking: As soon as the shipment is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking code, so you can check the location of your package at any time.

How long does it take to make and ship an order?

Standard orders take 1–3 business days to produce. If a product requires specific personalization or is a large volume order, the production time may be specified separately.

What are the delivery options and costs?

We deliver orders with Omniva, Venipak, and DPD parcel lockers. Delivery costs are calculated in the cart before order confirmation, and the delivery time for shipments is usually 1–2 business days. After your order has been prepared, you will receive a tracking link via email.

How do I properly place a personalized order?

Please specify the desired text, words, or design details in the respective field on the product page before adding the item to the cart. Images must be high-quality to ensure the best possible result.

Is it possible to order a custom design or a private project?

Yes, we are open to new ideas and custom orders if you don't find what you need in the store. Contact us in the Contact Us section to discuss your wishes and details.

Can personalized products be returned?

According to the regulations, individually manufactured and personalized products are non-returnable as they are created for a specific customer. Returns are only possible in case of a manufacturing defect.

What are the payment methods?

Payments can be made securely and instantly using the most popular internet banks and payment cards (via the MakeCommerce system). When paying by card, Google Pay and Apple Pay are also available.
